Default 95 civic dx D15b7 need help please, battery boiled over.

Hello thanks for any help i can not figure this out.. 95 civic dx D15b7, driving home from work battery boiled over and car died. I replaced the battery and cranked but no start. Started metering everything out found the alternator 4 pin plug wasnt seated all the way so im assuming it caused the over charge of the battery. Also found fuse 24 and 25 blown. Not sure is this would cause a no start, i did notice the srs light was on(i reset it jumping the pin out) and i did lose my cruise control a few weeks prior to this happening but the car still ran fine. I notice when youd got to second postiong turning the csr on the fuel pump would run, i replaced the main relay and no luck. I jumped the fuel pump out, it does run i tried to start it, nothing. While diaging the fuse 24 i found mpst likely short is in the ignition? If i unplug The brown conector going into the fuse panel under the dash the fuse does not blow. Im stumped i was gonna try and check the ecu or find a cheap good one but no luck yet and idk if that would even do it. All the fuel pump circuit check out to me and my meter so whst would cause it to not come on. About to check if i even have spark at the motor, i did have power at the distributor.

By the looks, fuse 24 and fuse 25 have the SRS unit as a common. You should also look at the cruise control circuit. If those and the alternator have a common ground, I would look at that. Or even if there is just a common ground for the SRS unit and the Cruise control unit.

The other thing that comes to mind is your alternator may have gone south and started taking out other systems. It may have helped to pull the SRS code before resetting but it's a little late for that now.

Electrical is always a major challenge.
