Default help ASAP, short circuit.

heres what happened:
engine swap in a 95 civic coupe dx.
accidently grounded the positve.
battery fried, blew backup fuse in engine bay box.
put in another battery, and it was half dead, so it would just click the starter.(fuel pump and all still working, just weakly)
switched to a new battery, and now the CEL and fuel pump don't come on when i turn the igntion on.
thus doesn't turn over either.
i check the grounds.
i checked fuses under the dash and in the bay.
nothing....
ECU fry? hah, or what.
help me out. thanks.

I retardly did this twice. Once in my 98 civic and once in my 93 accord. Both times I blew the 80amp fuse (one of the big ones held down by screws) under the hood. Once i replaced it, all was good. Did you only check the small fuses??? If so, go through all of them.
