Icon5 Issues with cold starting on 88 Civic ED7 16i16

Hello all!

I was wondering if someone could help me with a technical issue with my car. We've recently done a complete mechanical overhaul that included new timing belt, new radiator, new water hoses, new brake lining, new water pump, new filters, everything!

The car is working wonderfully, but suddenly started having issues with cold starts. Namely it shakes aggressively and is unstable for a few seconds before everything going back to normal. This doesn't happen during warm start-ups, only in the first start-up of the morning.

Does anyone have any clues of what it might be? I've added a video in the link below illustrating the issue:

I don't have a diagnostics tool for the car. I guess it should be OBD 1. Any tool you would recommend?

Ok, no diagnostics tool needed. I need to count the blinking lights on the ECU
