Get rid of the turbo kit. Purchase a Kraftwerks Supercharger kit, make 450 wheel HP and move on. Then and only then will you stop melting parts and wiring. It is a wonder your fuse box hasn't turned into a Salvador Dali painting yet.

Yeah not doing that. Im pushing close to 600 to the wheels. I dont want to go back. Ive already tucked my wiring and moved my battery and fuse box. Not going to drop another 6k for just a $40 sensor.

I understand. Your engine bay looks awesome and nearly 600 wheel HP is pretty intoxicating. What engine management are you running ? Almost all that I can think of offer the ability to turn off, and thus delete, the VTEC Oil Pressure Switch in the calibration. Doing this, you could then remove the oil pressure switch and never have to worry about it again. RyWire offers a Titanium bolt that seals the threaded hole in place of the oil pressure switch for cheap... like $12.

Titanium/stainless heat shield and some thermal sleeve on the harness large enough to slip over the plug?

Well I've sleeved it too. No way to get a heat shield of just the switch. My header pipe to close. Tks tho.

It's just a pressure switch. Hard line out of the VTEC solenoid past the hot parts and remote mount the pressure sensor.

Delete it and shut it off in the calibration. Pretty standard practice for anything with a VTP switch.

If you already have the bolt that replaces the VTEC pressure switch, what am I missing ?
