Default 2001 CIVIC EX WONT IDLE

My 01 EX will not idle, I have to give it atleast a 1/8th throttle to get it to stay running. It’ll fire up but will bog out immediately.
I do have a full exhuast system and cold air intake if that would effect it but the problem started before full system had arrived.
I have replaced what I feel like is everything
All sensors have been replaced from coolant temp to crankshaft, new timing belt, water pump, and valve adjustment. Double checked for clearance and timing.
I have good compression in all 4 cylinders, brand new spark plugs and ignition coils, new injectors and fuel pump, new IACV, new JDM speed EGR valve, new catalytic converter, new O2 sensors, new thermostat, valve cover gasket, grommets and spark plug tube gaskets (forget what they are called). I need a new battery and that’s coming soon but I’ve tried running the car with a known good battery out of a Honda accord. Any ideas would be appreciated
