1995 Honda Civic won't stay running
I have a problem that I have been trying to figure out for about a year. I have a 1995 civic 1.6l. The car won't run. I have replaced the fuel filter 4 times. The distributor 4 times. New plugs. 3 main relays. Ever time I replaced the distributor it Wil run for a few weeks then leave me on side of the road. It has spark, I can hear and smell the fuel pump working. Sometimes it will fire up and run for a few minutes then die and I can not get it running. There are no mods done to it. It has 163,000 miles. It is an automatic. The timing is fine. Everyone says it is the main relay. But I have changed it multiple times. It has spark. I have checked all the grounds I can see and can think about. The RPM tac doesn't work right. Any help would be really appreciated. I have read almost all the forms I can find that related to my problem. I wish I had the money to take to a shop, but I don't.
