1998 Honda Civic keeps stalling - computer said 02 sensors, we replaced both, front and back. Still stalling. Replaced fuel pump and filter, still stalling. Replaced distributor, still stalling. Stalling while driving down a straight road. Just shuts off, no power steering. Have lights and radio. Starts right up and goes on down the road. Will stall when exiting a highway when you exit around a curve and let off the gas. Thought this might be the problem but now it is stalling on the straight roads so I am at a loss. Anyone have this problem and can tell me what to replace next? Car has 150,000 miles.

Someone said start with the main relay? As in the pump relay?

Someone mentioned main relay. I did a search and it doesn't sound like that is the problem. The car starts and runs fine. It just decides to stop running while you are driving down the road. No power steering but flashers work. Car starts right back up and won't stall again for a couple of days. Dangerous though cause not sure when it will happen again.

So, does this really sound like a main realy problem still?

i had a probem like this before and it was because my spark plugs were really fouled.

We took care of that problem early on - a complete tune up was first. I think we are gonna try a relay pump. Running out of options at this point.

check your crank position sensor...

We are going to try the main relay first. No so expensive and some of what is happening seems to fit some descriptions I read on other topics. Will keep you updated.
