How bad are my valves? K20z3

How bad are these valves? I am going to replace them but I'm curious about how bad they truly got. I recently bought an RSX and got this head on the a3 block.

No way to tell from that picture.

Need to remove them from the head to really inspect.

Will do. Another question I have is: would I need to replace the seats if they are only bent a little or not at all? I've never done this, or even worked on a engine much but I got this to learn.
