Had some hesitation and random rough idle. Replaced throttle body with upgraded Honda unit. Like a new car again. Engine purrs! No rough idle or rough idle vibrations. Replaced all motor mounts on car. They were shot. I was sure to get the front vacuum operated motor mount from Honda as well as the vacuum solenoid for this mount which was defective.
