2001 honda civic ex...on a cold start it has a rough time to start..once the car is running...I can turn it off and in and its starts right away...but once the car cold down...its hard to start..

Also the temperature gauge on the car reads it overheating but the car engine is cold...I replace the temperature sensor but it still gives the same issue...some mechanic told me there is something wrong with the ecu...
