I have seen many complaints on how the climate control seems to not blow very hot air when needed. You can max out the temperature control which would then blow hot air. But any other setting has only slight warmer air. I had this problem and solved it.

the cabin ambient temperature sensor tends to collect a fair amount of dust on the sensor itself. I replaced the internal cabin sensor and the outside air temp sensor on the front bumper.

turning the temp control to say 78 degrees, Now blows heated air that is actually hot.
