Default OBD2A with OBD2B mess

Hello guys , I have searched a bit for this matter but many different opinions on the matter and wanted your expertise.
I have a european D14A4 EJ9 (1996-1998) prefacelift model , full stock obd2a
I bought a complete swap even rear conversion for the brakes from an EK4 (european) 1999-2000 , facelift model

I have the engine harness and ecu from the facelift model , as well as the key related stuff to make the immobilizer work.
Will everything plug and play , or should I use a jumper harness from OBD2A to OBD2B for the dash wiring (everything except engine harness)
The engine , immobilizer and ecu should work directly , but the cluster not sure about if the connectors are similar with obd2b

So the problem is like that:
Dashboard harness OBD2A
Engine harness OBD2B
ECU OBD2B

Do I need to do some custom work to make it work or is there a more easy and clean way to do it? To make everything to work .

The car is a daily driver and will be kept stock with a/c and all the commodities that why I want to make sure everything will work as it should, like it came from the factory

Well , now that I think about it , its SFi pinout , based on dodo-upgrades , those are not the same , is there any conversion harness known to solve this issue?
