Icon2 H22 Engine Harness Works or not? (Wiring gurus?)

So I recently got a JDM H22A Type SH the engine harness came along with it no cuts nothing besides one wire. People say it doesn't work cause the clips go to the opposite side of the ECU. Well All I had to do is cut and extends about 7 wires which wasn't much a 20-30min thing. So the harness reachs the other side to the clips on to the ecu harness. Does the USDM ECU harness work with the JDM ENGINE harness or will i need the JDM ECU harness aswell(Cause i have it aswell) Just wanna make sure since i still gotta connect the dash harness to it will it works.

The JDM engine harness is for the right hand drive preludes in Japan, so no the harness you have will not work for your car since yours is a left hand drive. To extend the harness so it goes in on the proper side would be a lot of work but can be done. Its always easiest to re-use your old engine harness and go from there. What year of prelude is this h22a SH going into? You should not have to use any ecu jumper harness unless you are going with an obd1 ECU.
