Maybe a little bore-scope camera to see if that piston has excessive carbon on it or something.

Excess carbon points to things like excessive fueling or poor ignition (in dirty cylinders).. Think bad/dirty injector or bad plugs. Also possible valve-stem seals leaking oil into the ports in that cylinder. Maybe inspect & adjust the valve lash to ensure cam timing is good.

Carbon buildup can also be caused by driving hard when the engine is cold. ECU runs very rich when cold trying to slowly warm the Pistons. Excessive fuel from driving hard when cold cause build up, especially down in the rings. Though usually occurs in all cylinders and causes stuck rings and high oil consumption.

These concepts apply to all engines. Just thinking out loud here.

Was your engine fully warmed up when the test was done? Also, do you know what Pistons are in it? Your compression numbers are high for a B20 indicating aftermarket pistons. JDM ITR numbers.

The deviation is too high. You have some issues internally.
