Icon5 Knock sensor - resistance and voltage output?

I have a 2005 petrol CRV with the P0325 knock sensor code. I have replaced the KS once already but the CEL returns after half a mile of driving. I stupidly threw away the original KS after fitting the first new one.

So I bought another replacement and did some basic tests on the new unit before fitting it. The new one I am testing is Febi/Blueprint part from a reputable local motor factor.

Resistance - shows open circuit - my meter reads to 50 Mega Ohms
I have seen various values quoted for resistance and several posts saying if it is open circuit the KS is bad?

Voltage - mount the KS in a vice and tap the vice - 20 mV when tapped
Waveform - check the waveform with scope but while the scope shows a ping in the voltage when the KS is tapped not accurate enough (not a storage scope) to tell much about shape of waveform.

I contrast these results with two YT videos.

at 2:20 in seems to be getting 5v out his sensor, testing it off the vehicle, same as me.
As is this video

About 5 minutes in he too gets 4/5v out of the sensor while tapping it.

Does anyone know the values - I 'should' be getting.

Thanks for reading.
