I have a 1995 civic lx with the d15b7. I am currently fighting an electrical issue . My Honda is idling weird. I have done some troubleshooting myself and found out that the voltage coming out of the tps sensor is very low. It is supposed to be .5v closed and 4.5 open, however I am getting .01v closed and .1v open . I’ve changed the sensor , checked for shorts , ground , changed the pigtail connection, I made sure the tps and map sensor were not swapped. Any advice would be great . Thanks
