Default removing head - How do I get the timing belt off the camshaft sprocket

I'm removing the head to replace the head gasket. I almost have the head off I just need to get the timing belt off the camshaft sprocket. Whats the easiest way to do this. Will I need to remove the engine mount and power steering pump so I can remove the lower half of the timing belt cover? Is there anyway to remove the tension with just the top half of the timing belt cover removed? Could I just remove the camshaft sprocket?
Thanks!

Buy a service manual.

I have a haynes manual, but according to it I will need to remove the lower timing belt cover to get at the tensioner and that means removing the engine mount, and the power steering pump doesn't it? Is there a way to loosen the tensioner without doing this?

Edit: It is a D15B7 (SOHC non-vtec) engine

What kind of motor? SOHC? If so, and you plan on reusing the timing belt, do not cut it. Loosen the timing belt tensionor. It will slip off. Try not to get oil on the belt. You will want to take off the top of the drivers side motor mount. The you will be able to take off the top t-belt cover.
EDIT: Not sure if you have to remove the lower t-belt cover. On DOHC's it has a little plug that you remove to get to the t-belt tensionor.
