Timing belt is on except for on the cam gear (slipped it off when I pulled head). Searching only yielding me to stupid threads about pulling the engine, and some non-useful for me threads about replacing it.
I also need to get the engine in time so TIA for any help.

You'll need to remove the timing belt lower cover, loosen the timing belt adjusting bolt, and release the tension. Then you can remove the belt from the sprocket.
If you don't have at least a Haynes manual, you're probably gonna have more troubles. I wouldn't be w/o my Accord Shop manual on this job.
good luck

What exactly is your question? Is it, how to put the timing belt back on the cam gear?
I don't know what you used for you search but there is a lot of info on this site on doing timing belts.
If it were me, I would pull everything apart like you were installing a new timing belt and make sure everything is lined up correctly. For that, I would make sure you have a shop manual to help you. But to give you an idea of what involved though, here is a link on how to do a timing belt job on a Del Sol. It's not exactly the same but it does give you an idea.
