A/c diagram break down
Hi guys I have a 98 civic hatch with a b18c swap, I did the swap with a jackspania engine tuck wire harness. The harness does not have any wiring for a/c in it. I know that there are two wires that need to be connected to the ecu, one for the compressor n one for the switch. I can’t for the life of me figure out where get those two wires from. I’ve been looking at the wiring diagram going cross eyed.
coukd somone explain the wiring diagram too me? From the compressor plug I’m pretty sure it runs to the under hood fuse box. N then I get lost.
as for the a/c switch I have no idea where that wire is at all.
bur I’m assuming I can’t just run a hardwire from the compressor plug straight to the ecu and do the same for the switch I’m guessing if it did work it wouldn’t work properly by passing the relays n stuff.
I have been reading all the a/c threads there are but I’m still lost. I’m not very good with electrical.
Any help would be great.
I thought I had the right two wires coming from that green rectangle plug that plugs into the sub harness but I put it in I think it was A17 and b5 (off the top of my head I might be wrong) but I had no luck compressor still won’t engage. I can get it to engage if I put power directly to the plug.
thanks in advance

Assuming you're using a 3 plug OBD1 ECU:

A15 and B5 are the wires you're looking for. Not A17.
