Default Small revs when idle.

Hey guys I just got done replacing the coolant temp sensor on my 99 dx. Now I’m getting some small revs when idle. Not to major kinda like small hiccups.
rpm stays over x1.5
I’m trying to see if it’s a bad sensor, bad install or air is trapped. ( did place new coolant to replace some that was lost)
car hasn’t stalled on me.
(If needed the code I got is p0118)

burp the radiator, or drive it for a few days then check the coolant

thanks for feedback, i placed new coolant and that didnt do much so i switched back to old sensor and that stabilized, seems the sensor i bought was a little too long.
maybe something else is throwing off the ecu.
