d15b no spark and no fuel problem
I bought a honda with a D15B engine but not getting spark and also no fuel just cranking but not starting
The check engine is staying solid when on ignition. When jumping wires to see the check engine code, the check engine stays on lit all the time it doesn't flash.
When on ignition I don't hear the fuel pump working
I have tried to replace the main relay, replaced the coil in distributor, replaced fuel pump to a working one tested before installed (it had a dead one) new fuel pump primed when tested, when installed in car doesn't prime. I checked all the fuses many times they are all good, also cleaned the grounds most importantly the thermostat housing ground but still nothing.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Test your components, and if they test good, test your wires and make sure they are good.
Your fuel pump is supplied power through your main relay. You can jump the main relay connector to turn your fuel pump on manually. All this test proves is that there is a clear power path from your battery to your fuel pump through your main relay (wires are ok). You will have to test your main relay and check other components that trigger your main relay to supply power to your fuel pump.
You not getting spark is a whole other story. You will need to check your distributor components and wires. Test your ignition coil, the wires feeding to your ignition coils, your spark plug wires. Your battery feeds power to your ignition switch via fuses. Your ignition switch feeds power to your ignition coil and igniter unit. Your ignition coil provides power to your spark plugs.
