Default Broken slave cylinder bolts

Hello everyone,
My clutch makes a lot of squeaking noise when pushing the clutch pedal in. I figured this is related to the metal on metal contact within the slave cylinder itself.
So I go to remove the slave cylinder, and the two bolts that hold the flange to the firewall are broken inside of the threads, and everything is painted over.
I tried accessing the rod from behind the dash (taking the pin out, the snap ring, and all that), but I only got to a cone shaped piece that wasn't the issue. I put that back together.
My question is, how do you extract a bolt that has less than a foot of clearance? The slave cylinder is directly behind the strut tower, so theres no way to get a drill in there. Is there another way to lubricate that mechanism to stop the squeaking? Any advice or input greatly appreciated.

It's mounted from the inside.
