I was driving on the highway about 65 and all the sudden The engine started knocking and not just a knock....It's like there's marbles moving around in the engine or something 😫 So I let off the gas to slow down and pull over, by the time I came to a stop the car had died. When I called a friend he was clearly concerned that the engine locked up which I thought may have been the issue as well but it's not locked something is Def in there moving lol The car will start but it doesn't sound good..... It's clanking around and knocking fairly loud. And then it dies out. It won't stay running to listen any more than knowing it don't sound good. Is it even worth trying to get fixed? I don't wanna Waste time if I should just be looking for a new motor or car New motor well I used motor.

 

Did you check the oil? Any check engine lights or obvious signs of mechanical damage?
