Here is a short video of what I'm talking about:

A rhythmic ticking sound will come from the speakers, even when the radio is turned off (the sound is much quieter when the radio is turned off). It started happening 5 days ago. Sometimes it will stop, but it will happen any time sound comes from my speakers, i.e. my phone's navigation app talking through my car speakers about an upcoming turn.

It's very annoying, and I'm not sure what could be causing it. Has anyone ever seen anything like this?

one of the speaker wires is pinched, shorting out
