Default Intermittent bumping? at 60mph+

Idek how to explain this issue without it sounding bizarre as hell. I have an 03 civic with 05-06 rsx 5 lug conversion. The chassis and steering are literally the the same so I feel like it’s ok to post this here but after doing the swap I’ve had this intermittent bumping coming from the front passenger side. It literally just feels like driving over a little bump in the road and it gets worse and a little faster the faster the car goes. It also does have a slight shudder or wobble to it. At 80mph you can see the whole car moving it’s so bad. The wheel isn’t bent and the tire is a brand new Goodyear. I’ve swapped it just to be sure too. Any ideas on what’s wrong? I can’t find anything similar online and it definitely wasn’t an issue before the swap.
