Help Low voltage on tps
The TPS is simply a resistive strip that takes a 5V reference and ground and outputs a voltage based on where the wiper is on the resistive strip.
What is the MINIMUM voltage you are seeing?
What does the voltage do as you (slowly) sweep the sensor from throttle closed to throttle open? Do you gradually get more voltage through the entire sweep, or are you getting the same voltage for most of the sweep then a small bump at the end?
Are you getting a good 5V and ground signal at the plug going into the sensor?

Lowest I got was 0.09 and swept it across when smooth and topped out at 0.21 to 0.22. Iam getting 5v to the yellow wire, iam getting continuity on the ground even tried a straight ground to the tps but no luck still same.
0.09V is too low. Take the sensor off the throttle body, plug it in, probe it, and sweep it by hand. If you get 4.5-5.0v at full sweep, the sensor is good and it is mounted incorrectly.

A quick and dirty DC volt test for a meter is to get a brand new alkaline AA battery and read the voltage. If I recall, the alkaline should read 1.5 Volts while NiMH rechargables tend to be somewhere around 1.2 Volt.
