Default radiator fluid leak help

Car is running hot when he is driving it then its normal again two minutes later....its leaking out a little radiator fluid on passenger side of car....what could it be? If he don't add more it doesn't leak but if he adds more it just leaks back out. The radiator fluid is still on the high side even if he doesn't add more but i won't leak anymore.

let me know if you have any ideas.

if I read correctly, check and make shure the plug at the bottom of the rad on teh pass side is TIGHT...cause that's the coolant drain plug, could be lose...

otehr than that might be a hose..get the bitch real hot and open the hood an see where the smoke's coming from
