I just put back in a transmission in my 2000 Integra LS Skwa auto with a used skwa. Got everything in and went to start and it cranks but no start. I have no spark. My key light doesn’t light up neither does my cel/mainreq and oil light when i have the key turned. Had the car sitting for a little over a month

Checked Fuses
Check Ground
Neither can I connect my obd ii scanner
Can’t hear fuel pump turn on

When I have the key turned it is stuck in park but I can use the shift lock and press it down and can move it but ever gear lights up besides D4

 

Have the battery checked/ re charged.

 

Did you happen to remove the harness ground from the thermostat housing? That MUST be on. If your getting good cranking your battery is probably fine because if it was low on charge you would have weak cranking or clicking coming from the starter.
Also, with your shifting trouble, are you pressing the brake pedal so it can shift with key on but the car not running?
