Default 2002 Civic DX: Never ending air in brake lines

I replaced two brake lines going to the cylinders on the two rear wheels. I also replaced the left rear brake cylinder. I made sure the rear drum brake was adjusted so it was slightly scraping when I spun the wheel . I think I let air get into the system when I did this work. The problem is the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor and I keep bleeding the air from the brakes and every time I do, more air comes out. It seems there is never ending air coming out. Does anyone have any ideas?

What's your procedure for bleeding them?

I've done it starting from the farthest wheel working towards the master cylinder and then also starting closest to the master cylinder and working away from it. I have blead them like 6 times.
