Icon4 1999 Civic/ Auto Transmission and engine limp mode

This started with the tranny slipping at WOT. I pulled both speed sensors inspected and cleaned (both were perfectly fine) along with the pins on each connectors. After cleaning the VSS and input speed sensor the tranny went into limp mode. Locked in 4th gear, D light flashing etc. I then checked codes and replaced the Singular linear solenoid. Still in limp mode and still has P1768 code along with a new P1753 code TCC solenoid. Also discovered the alternator is not charging, so i tested it and it is perfectly fine. I just replaced the ECM and still no change in limp mode. Computer is also not receiving any data from either speed sensor, but does not throw codes for them. I am stuck and do not know what to do next pls help... Oh also tested all fuses on the fusebox in the bay and all were fine. No idea what to do..
