Default 99 civic dx crank no start issue

Hello, so I got this 99 civic DX with a d16y7 motor in it. So I got it with a blown head gasket and reworked the head lapped valves in and installed new valve stem seals and brought it to a machine shop and it was pressure tested and resurfaced. I put it back together with a new gates timing kit. I put new OEM rear and front main seals and I was going to put a new oil pan gasket and I noticed metal flake in the pan so I pulled a rod cap off and the bearings were in bad shape so I installed king main, rod and thrust bearings and put it back together. On first start up it ran great was really smooth and quiet. I let it idle till operating temperature and I walked away and came back and it had shut off and it was having a hard time restarting and now just cranks and doesn't fire over. I did a compression test and it's 195-200 on each cylinder, I checked mechanical timing again and it's still on. I pulled each spark plug and they all spark and I even pulled the cap off and it's sparking off the coil. I rented a fuel pressure gauge and I'm getting 40 psi. I'm getting 12v constant at all the fuel injectors and a ground pulse while cranking. I can smell gas after cranking for a bit. I put a camera down in each cylinder and it looks a little wet on top of the pistons but not flooded out. I put a new fuel filter, distributor cap, rotor, wires and ngk spark plugs. I drained the gas tank and put fresh gas in it. I opened up the ECU and it still looks brand new inside and im not seeing anything burnt or anything. I cleaned all the grounds with sandpaper. I took apart all the harness plugs and sprayed electric clean and put dielectric grease in them. When I had the transmission out I did spray degreaser in the engine bay and pressure washed it out and then blew out all the plugs with an air compressor to dry it out. To me it has everything it needs to run, I'm thinking maybe there's an open in the wire or short somewhere. I'm also getting a code p1758, and d4 is blinking. It just started that a couple days ago. I got a couple lock up solenoids from the junkyard and I plugged them in and no change. I was also getting a code p1298 but I had gotten some new fuses for the underhood fuse box, the big 80 amp and 40 amp fuse. I had taken it apart and noticed a little green corrosion on it. So after changing it out that light went away. Anyone have any sort of problems like this before, kind of wondering where to go next from here. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

Nevermind, I got it running. It turned out to be the distributor, the cylinder position sensor or top dead sensor was probably bad on it. Kind of weird it wasn't throwing a code for it. I had found a receipt in the glovebox and they had put a new distributor on it from O'Reillys in 2020. I guess these aftermarket ones don't last too long. Makes sense though, it had everything it needed to run, spark, fuel, compression and mechanical timing but with those sensors not functioning it would act like it's not in time . Lesson learned.
