So my 99 civic ex(d16y8 Manuel) has been having iacv issues. After a hundred miles or so the car starts to surge. I have replaced the iacv with a new one. The idle is fixed but it will still surge once the engine light comes on. Once the code is cleared and the the car sits for awhile, it goes away until it decides to throw the code again. All I have are iacv code and evap leak. I’m at a complete loss at what to do next.
