Default Coolant all four spark plugs

Hey so I have a question about an issue I have a ek civic I got D16Y8 I bought a new block on the market place I redid literally mostly every gasket from oil pan to valve cover and when I fired the car up and drove it it died out and got hot and didn’t turn on but the gauge didn’t mark over heating and I was thinking head gasket or bad block but I put a new head gasket and tighten the heads correctly so I don’t think that’s the issue but here’s the main thing ALL 4 SPARK PLUG HOLES HAVE COOLANT it’s soaking the spark plugs what do y’all think maybe the issue ? Thank you in advance

either the HG is bad or you bought a crappy block that had cracks in the cylinder walls
