Icon4 Honda 1997 Civic DX Lower Brake Lights not working

I have a 1997 Honda Civic Hatchback. Recently the lower brake lights quit working. The upper single brake light still works. All the running, back up and signal lights work. The manual says a 7.5 amp fuse is for the tail lights. The fuse is good. I can see on the wiring harness where the wires split off and go up to the rear hatch including the rear wiper, plate illumination and third brake light. The power is going there, but the lower brake lights will not work. Has anyone had a similar problem? I guess I could identify the color of the power wire going to the upper brake line and tap into that with a wire run to each of the dual filament bulbs. I notice the dual filament bulbs only have two wires running to them. Does anyone know which color wire is the power wire for the Brake light going up to the third light and then which color goes to the brake light on the lower lights?

Thanks,

Curt
