No spark no start, why?
OK. I have an 03 civic lx. Auto. 136k miles. Was burning oil like a mother (over a quart per tank of gas) and I've been trying to sell it because this has been the worst vehicle I've ever owned. My experience has been that Hondas are the worst vehicle available honestly. I've had others.
So I pulled the plugs and poured some b-12 in the cylinders to try and free the oil rings a bit. Figured I have the solvent may as well try it. Bumped the ignition a few times without plugs to try and spray the solvent out and empty the cylinders, then changed the oil. Plopped the plugs back in and wham bam not a dang thing. I know I'm getting fuel. For sure. I pulled the pump fuse and plugs and made sure the cylinders were as dry as I could. Even replaced the plugs with new. The plugs are wet when I remove them and do not spark. I have no codes, all the grounds I can find are good. It started and ran yesterday. I don't see why it isn't starting. If someone could help a bit that'd be a huge help.
