So the passenger side fan. Radiator fan is not kicking on.

Siting still I noticed the a.c was not as cold as driving. Well I popped the hood and only the driver side fan is working. fuses are good.

I hooked up my scan gauge and noticed them temps were around 207...210 and the fan was still not running. The car has a new water pump and radiator in it and the gauge doesn't even go to halfway. Is this normal...shouldn't both fans be running when ac is running.


EDIT...

checked relays was good...grabbed my mag lite and hit the fan motor and it came on...so prolly got a fan motor trying to go out right.

 

Sounds like you need to replace the fan assembly.
