Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my progress on my build I started back in January of this year. Things have been slow, and as most of you probably know, most of my time has been waiting on parts to arrive.

After I stripped the bay I gave it a fresh white coat.

i didnt see anything about upgraded cams. ALSO, put and intake on that compressor inlet. Will be beneficial

Yes, I have been working on my base tune for awhile now (some help from Jamie at PFI). I have driven the car about 5 times but I thought I had an overheating issue but it was the voltage tables for the temp sensor in the Fueltech software. Before I realized that was the issue, I upgraded the cooling fan to a SPAL, header wrapped the turbo manifold and downpipe past the oil pan, and changed to Evans cooling. A few weeks ago I lost spark and I'm waiting on the new dizzy to arrive and I'll be back driving and tuning for the break-in period. I'm ready to get this thing on a dyno and move on to my next project.

 

It's been a long journey learning the ropes, but dyno day finally came. Lost the vacuum lines for the boost controller on the first few pulls (blew turbo gasket due to loose bolts), but still hit 400 hp, with only wastegate.
