Default Integra Turbo build

500 integra build

The build was NA prepping for boost I have a 2000 Acura integra ls with a b18b head has supertech valve springs and retainers, port and polish job, skunk2 70mm throttle body, skunk2 pro series intake manifold, rc 440cc injectors, aem regulator, aem 240 fuel pump, 4-2-1 headers, cat delete, skunk2 full exhaust.

The goal is 500-600 turbocharged

CSS b18b block bored 81.5
YCP high compression pistons
Manley Rods
Hasting rings
ACL bearings
Stage 2 booster BC cams
2.5 inner cooler piping
Rev9 Turbo kit
Twin disk clutch

Hondata s300
Burton racing coil on plug conversion

tuned by infamous Motorsports

What blow off valve and waste gates would anyone recommend with a boost controller system. Not gonna be running full power all the time. Is there anything about the bill that anyone would recommend?

Tial or TurboSmart.

Don't use cast YCP pistons... spend and few more dollars and get something forged... and a "Flat Top" or "Short, Wide Dome" design will be best for boost. A Huge dome like a CTR style piston will be counter-productive. The "Twin-Disc" clutch is WAY more than you need and will be miserable to drive on the street. High compression pistons and likely two atmospheres of boost to reach your HP goals will require E85 or Race Gas... premium unleaded won't be enough. Fuel injectors will have to be 1000cc or larger depending on your fuel choice... and your fuel pump is too small.

Since I am not a fan of E85, I am not sure what pump to recommend for your needs. Some would say that the Walbro 450 will work... but you may have to go even bigger. Twin pumps would be an alternative... or maybe a really big pump like an Aeromotive A1000 or Fuelab equivalent (41401 or 41402).
