Stuck knuckle on lower control arm
Hey, so I was Tryna swap out my CV axle on the Honda CRV 2001, front right hand side.
And the ball joint knuckle for the LCA is stuck or seized or whatever else.
I've tried heating it, I've tried prying it, hammering it, I went and bought a ball joint separator from Supercheap but the fork is too narrow and can't attach to the knuckle. I've tried everything I can think of other than just cutting off the joint. Anyone got any other tips?
Thanks in advance.

This is the proper tool.

And some SIDEWAYS hammering helps.

had a similar issue on my wagon. The lower ball joint literally welded itself to the LCA. Had to use a lot of force, chisel and large hammer to knock it out.
