Default 2006 honda accord k24 engine

car is having trouble idling at park or at a stop, i got codes p0141 h02s b1 s2 heater circuit malfunction which is the o2 sensor , p0443 evap canister purple valve p0341 cmp sensor A and ck sensor incorrect phase detected, i have changed both the cam position sensor and the crankshaft position sensor and is still doing the same thing. i also cleaned the throttle body and checked the mass air flow sensor and for any vaccum leaks and i find no issues. my next step is the evap canister purge

p0341 is two possible causes. 1. VTC valve is stuck open or closed. 2. The timing chain is stretched.

VTC stuck and fully advancing the cam makes them idle like poo.

A crank to cam phasing code usually means that the engine has jumped time... and this is supported by the fact that you have replaced these sensors and there is no change in the engine operation.

Because I have the FSM out, P0431 troubleshooting starts with inspection/replacement of the VTC control solenoid and then goes on to checking mechanical cam timing and chain stretch and finally inspection/replacement of the VTC actuator.

If the car has low oil levels from excessive oil consumption or the oil was not changed frequently, this will lead to a damaged or stretched chain. Which in turn will set the P0341 trouble code.

If there is a P0341, the issue should be taken care of sooner than later, as it will not get better with time. Instead, you may end up with an engine that needs replacement due to bent valve, etc.
