My '92 Civic VX was stolen (the 2nd time!*$&@) and after recovering it, the only damage was the low-life removed the OEM AM/FM radio by cutting the 12 wires. I'm going to splice the connector back onto the harness, but until then I'd like to make sure any dangling hot wires are isolated. (Connector shown, not the splayed harness wires in question.) Is the BLACK wire hot? Any others I need to worry about?
