CIVIC 1.6 LX 98 ATF drained 6 quarts!!
Hello everyone

I attempted to drain my honda civic ATF, I was told to buy only 3 quarts for replacement. But the draining gave up more then 6 quarts!

I returned the oil back into the transmission. Now the transmission is acting weird. Shifting makes noise.

I by passed the radiator temporarly to avoid water in the transmission due to bad leaking radiator. Is this the source of the transmission acting?

is there a filter in the transmission!?
why the dip stick is over filled!? Is that normal.

Dexron IV is it fine for this transmission.

FYI, before my transmission worked fine. Oil is clean, No water.
