Default 2010 Pilot catastrophic AC failure

Without the long story, I accidentally released ALL the low side pressure/refrigerant at the rubber hose to hard line connection. (Between power steering pump and PCM) I have replaced the O ring in the coupling and pulled a vacuum with pump. Vacuum held at 28HG,seems to be ok. Need to recharge with refrigerant. Trying to determine how much PAG oil may have released with this action and add back the necessary amount, if any needed at all. The only discussion I can find is when replacing the compressor itself. The AC system was in complete working order, probably the best feature of the vehicle with 300k at this point.
Thank you,
LA
