Golden eagle fuel rail
speedfactory 1000cc injectors
edelbrock performer x intake manifold

cp pistons 81.5mm
manley rods
Kings bearings kit
oem everything/. Japan brand

mechanical oil pressure

tial bov 50mm
tial wg 44mm vband
nitro (European) t3 44mm vband full ramhorn

THANKS TO THE HT’s highs cooler and txdragon my plan is for this turbo to make 400whp -450whp. My goal really is to run 10.0-11.99 on 1/4 lol
GTW3476JB turbo .60/.63
vibrant 12810 intercooler
eBay piping custom fitted welded

previously on a small turbo and a mtig log manifd

Made 280/260 with electrical cutout hiccup problems I think dizzy going bad

anyway with this new setup I’m all ready to go
just need to redo downpipe for vband flange
and redo hotside piping

heres pics as of Rnrn

this will be my trial error and questions and what not from now on!

as of rn
i need to buy vband clamps for wastegate to create a dump tube and to mount to turbo manifold
i need to get vband flange weld for the downpipe
weld
and create a good fit for hotside (traction bar problems)

I’ll be ordering some parts to finish up assembly tonight then I can figure out tune!!
but Gsxr tuning from Kenny Sampson!!! Og speedfactory tuner!!

here’s old pics tho before these upgrades ^^
some r still current (non turbo wise)
essentially
log manifold n small turbo
upgraded to speedfactory miniram with a eBay new gt3582 maxpeeding but the traction bar got In the way. Got lucky with a new friend sold me nitro manifold
then the og ht members sold me the Garrett turbo

so The parts list above is current!

Use distilled water, not tap water.

Very nice and clean build! What made you put the gold foil over the radiator? I'm curious how the gold foil works under the hood with temperatures.

Its suppose to helps deflect radiant heat up to x amount of degrees. I did the same thing like eleven years ago

Amazon Amazon

There are adapter flanges available to go from V-band to four bolt or five bolt, however they add some space so then the downpipe might not line up with the exhaust.
Your build looks good overall since you’ve already made 280HP, it should be a matter of just getting the boost turned up and retuned. What fuel pump
are you using? Are you on stock sleeves or have you put a block guard or anything? I’d keep it around 400HP if on stock sleeves, which should be good enough for a high 11 quarter mile. Nice Recaro seats too.
That is good you’re close to SpeedFactory for tuning.
