I have a b18c out of a JDM integra. Recently changed the head gasket and had machine shop do some head work. New valve springs and retainers also head surface. Motor ran great with no issues before replacement. Installed arp head studs and fel-pro mls head gasket. Used copper spray on gasket and lubricant on stud washers and nuts. Engine will not start. Have spark and fuel. Timing is all correctly lined up distributor is lined up correctly only have 60 lb compression all 4 cyl. Did leakdown test and got lots of air in crankcase and out through breather. I’m lost!! Any suggestions?

 

60 PSI??? should be around 160 psi+

Check the valve lash and make sure they are in spec! you might have all IN and EX valves tight or loose..

Did you install the head gasket correct? not back wards?

 

valve lash is adjusted to spec. Head gasket it on correctly and it the up position

 

Is the distributor 180* out?

Also check all grounds! especially the trans ground!
