Wife’s car has about 180k and never a problem since new….until she pulled into the driveway today after work.
Three lights came on. She says it’s slower to start the engine too.
Anyone seen this before?

Probably due for a new 12v battery. Pretty common to get all those errors together on a Honda Hybrid with a failing underhood battery.

 

It was my intention today to buy a new 12v battery and try that out but things didn't work out in my favor, now I'm at work.
I did take a minute to check the codes.

 

Car has been sitting for 2 days now. I just checked the voltage with a volt meter and it's showing 12.3v
Battery is almost 4 years old but still holding good voltage.

 

Im having this same issue but It only shows code 61-11

Have you figured this one out? :/ Im afraid of being the hybrid battery any help would be appreciated

 

it was the the inverter, $3000

 

same thing for me, got all the lights and warnings as OP but 611-11 is the only code the scanner is reading.

was it the inverter for you as well?

 

Have you tried Rebooting?

As in, disconnect the battery, leave it unplugged for an hour or 10 minutes, I dunno, and connect it back?

Or get a code reader with capacity to Reset the Codes and Reset them, see if they come back
