Default neptune tip-in fuel trim enrichment setting questions

hello everyone
anyone here use neptune alot?
i have a issue with tip-in on some of my tuned cars, that i cant solve for a long time,
-afr's go lean for a second with small tps increments.
example: while driving\ accelerating at 8% tps when i slightly open the throttle to lets say 13% afr's go lean(spike) for a
second (16.0 afr or leaner) and then goes back to the afrs that i tuned for when i hold the throttle steady.
(just to add *i dont feel a bog or a hicckup when it happens)
no matter how i set the fuel tip-in trim setting (which is only one setting of %) wont fix it, it only controls big TPS stomps.
(i marked the only tip in fueling option i have)
This issue really driving me crazy,
if i look at the logs i dont see a drop in injector duty\fuel value while this happens, (its not a injector offset issue*)
i tune all my cars with neptune , on open loop, ve tables disabled, and the rest of the settings in the open loop folder are default
ignition adjustments enabled and ignition limitations disabled. no holes or dips in the maps, everything is linear.
tip in ignition is set to default. all the cars has oem or better parts , good wiring. base fuel pressure set to 43psi, ignition synced.
i tried everything possible, now i suspect that the default IGNITION TIP-IN settings are bad.
any advice will be appreciated, i will add a log and a video of the issue today,
thanks alot,

thanks alot,
