What ECU do I need??

I'm currently running a 2000 Honda civic VP with a d16y7 and auto transmission. In the summer, I plan to do the y8 head swap and a manual trans swap. I'm wondering what ECU I need and what software it needs to run?

Well obviously but whats the model specifically? And what OBD should it be running?
