Icon5 94 ex both radiator fans not working, coolant gauge inop too

Thanks for taking the time to read my issue.
The first time i started noticing any issue was the coolant gauge would intermittently not register. I had to park the car for about 2 months due to a driver license issue. I started to drive the car again last week and noticed that is was overheating. Found the fan on the passenger side was only working, and that was for one day. Now neither are working. I have since replaced the fan switch by the T-stat, the t-stat too, and the fan switch on front of engine at top of radiator hose too. I have replaced the sending unit and other sensor next to it under the distributor on the side of the head. I am wondering about the fan timer under the glove box area though.

I tried switching the one from my 96" ex wagon but didn't make a difference. Although i did notice the part numbers were almost the same except for the last numbers were different. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. I have had the 94' for 3 years now with no issues of the sort.
