I have a 1993 Del Sol with a d15b7. When I bought the car there were no hoses at all going to the iacv (not sure why someone would take them off). After looking at diagrams online I don't know if I'm just blind but I still can't figure out where these hoses are supposed to go. If someone tell me where they are supposed to hook up so or send me a picture that would be awesome. I added some pictures 1 is just the iacv and the other is where I think one end might go I might be completely wrong. If you know what all the other disconnected things are please let me know
This is your oil pressure sending unit for the dummy light on your dash. It looks like the connector is stuck on the sensor and the wire is pulled out of the back of the sensor. It won't hurt anything like this, but your oil light will not warn you of low oil pressure.
Regarding the hoses to your IACV, they aren't necessarily needed. They just provide warm coolant to warm the valve up - mainly a benefit in cold climates where the valve can stick in extreme cold. If you want to hook it back up, here is the diagram:
Thank you! When I star the car it it revs to about 4000 rpm and then drops and almost turns off, and repeats that for a few minutes thats why I think its the iacv. Do you think that will fix it or is it something else?

Try cleaning the IACV, you can remove it and clean it out with brake cleaner, let it dry for a few mins and re install. Installing the hoses wont do anything you can leave them as is unless it gets cold out there.

High surging idle is caused by a vacuum leak. It could be a bad IACV, or it could be air getting in some other way. With the engine running, pull off the intake tube and put your finger over the hole inside the throttle body where the IACV draws in air. Does this stabilize the idle?
